Return & Refund Policy

All items are finalized except for the conditions listed in the table below.

First, you have to send a return request email to the sellers. After the seller approves the request, all items must be returned to the seller. However, you can only return your items through our delivery partner.
If you select an item with the wrong size you will cover all the delivery costs. If the seller sends the wrong size then, your seller will pay the delivery cost.
Your return items have to be returned within 3 days of being received.
All returned items have to be securely sealed, including tags and accessories that must be left intact and the items in their original package. We also recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material.
For appliances ,if you have altered the default settings on the received device you wish to return, please change the settings back to default, Otherwise, your return request will be invalid.
Upon satisfaction with your returned item, we will refund it into your wallet within 48 hours after the seller received your items.

Steps to Take :
- Take pictures and if possible, record video
- Send them to the provided e-mail address and provide sufficient details which include the order number, and your MailZip Code Delivery address.
- You will receive an approval or rejection email after review
- If approved, an instruction will follow the e-mail on your next action of return.
