Website forms and launch registrations
On this website, contact messages, career applications and product waitlist registrations are stored in MailZip’s private CMS. Contact notifications are sent to support@mailzip.ng; career notifications are sent to career@mailzip.ng. These emails are sent from no-reply@mailzip.ng. Authorised administrators can review submissions and export contact information for the relevant support, recruitment or launch purpose.
New waitlist registrants can provide an email, phone, WhatsApp number, name or business name and a waitlist password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and are excluded from administrator views, notifications and exports. A waitlist registration does not create an account in the separate business dashboard. Existing users may provide an email or business profile URL instead.
Newsletter subscriptions use Sender. Public pages include Meta Pixel page-view measurement; our tracking events do not contain submitted form fields or passwords.
